Sales Policy

- We have Minimum $100 purchase is required per order.
- We only accept Visa, Master, American Express.
- Products are shipped upon availability. No backorders

- Texas retailers need a valid sales tax ID to avoid sales tax.
- Please fax a copy of Texas Sales Permit with Tax ID to 972-484-8806 or email to sammitradingus@gmail.com.

RETURNS

Please email sammitradingus@gmail.com to be assisted with your return and our customer service agent will assist you.

Please review the following for policy and procedure.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time.

RETURN

No returns will be accepted if anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. The following items cannot be returned: earrings, ear cuffs and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

First, please send us an email to sammitradingus@gmail.com it titled as "return" and please provide your invoice number along with the item(s) and the reason (also picture(s) if it was damaged) within 7 days from the package delivery date. Once we receive and review the email, we will contact you and give you a RA for the return.
Note: Keep in mind that the customer is in charge of the return shipping. *We recommend you insure and track your package for your own benefit, as Sammi Trading is not responsible for lost return packages.*
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

An online credit will be given as a form of return; however no monetary refunds will be issued. We must receive the return within 5-7 business day of when the RA was given. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when the amount has been credited. Please note that all shipping charges may not be refunded.
No RA number can be used twice.

We reserve the right to deny the return if we receive the item(s) any point after 7 days at which point the customer is responsible for return shipping back to the customer. All of the items that are being returned/exchanged must arrive in 1 package. Please write your RA# on the outside of the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Again, as the customer you are responsible for return shipment via a pre-paid, traceable, and insured package. Once we receive your return, we will email you with notification of online credit application or the shipment of your exchanged items. Shipping charges and tax are non-refundable.

No Returns will be accepts if any of the merchandise is opened, used or pre-sold. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR RHINESTONE ACCESSORIES AND TIARAS OR EARRINGS. We will only accept Returned Items with an RA number given to you. No RA number will be used Twice.

For Returns with No Defect: For Returns with no defect on them but a change of mind of the customer, we only allowed for return of the product(s) within 7 days from the shipping date accompanied with the invoice and also must be in the original packaging and with the RA number written on the invoice as well as outside of the box.. There will be a 20% RESTOCK fee taken off from the total.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS

- For all discounts, it will only be placed on jewelry only which excludes the following: Belts, Scarves, Watches, Knit Hair Accessories, Beanies/Caps/Hats, Leg Warmers, Shoes, Handbags, Sunglasses, Reading Glasses, ID holder, Lanyard/Keychain, Wallets, Business Card Holder, etc.

They are made by private import/manufacturers under their own private labels and are not in any way represented to be same reproductions of original famous designer brand handbags or jewelry.
